Description Briefing for the Prime Minister Harold Wilson's meeting with President Richard Nixon which includes SALT, the proposed European Security Conference, the Middle East, Vietnam, Nigeria, and the Centrifuge project. Report of discussions between President Nixon's official and UK officials that took place during President Nixon's stopover in the UK to refuel on his return from his visit to Asia which included Henry Kissinger take on US Asian policy, Vietnam and the domino theory and the hope of stimulating Asian countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, into taking initiatives on themselves although the US would maintain existing treaty commitments. Kissinger also comments on India/Pakistan relations and the support of the US against each other over Kashmir as well as the Russian Summit and Russia's relationship with China.
