|
Discussion of the White House Executive Order which includes provision for the automatic downgrading and de-classification of documents. US and UK information and opinions have always been exchanged on a basis of confidence. Concerns over new regulations altering the conditions under which UK and US exchanges have proceeded. Included in the documents are reports of the trial of Anthony Russo and Daniel Ellsberg concerning the publication of the Pentagon Papers.
