Description The programme for the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster's visit to Canada to include a courtesy call on the Mayor of Montreal, a speech to the Canadian Export Association, Press conference, courtesy call on the Governor General of Ottawa, call on the Secretary of State for External Affairs and the Minister of Agriculture, meeting with Community Ambassadors, press interviews, courtesy call on the Lieutenant Governor of Quebec, call on the Premier, Deputy Premier and the Minister of Natural Resources. Included are notes of a meeting between the Duchy of Lancaster and the Secretary of State for External Affairs on Multilateral Trade Negotiations, Kissinger's speech and defence discussion with NATO, UK and Canadian relations. Meeting between the Duchy of Lancaster and the Minister of Agriculture on the protectionist attitude of the European Community affecting the export trade of Canadian Agriculture.
