Description Pros and cons of a visit by the Prime Minister to Washington before Christmas. Early discussion between the Prime Minister and President Nixon could be viewed as an advantage from a Middle East point of view however the Israeli Government would probably feel anxious and might stimulate a campaign that the Prime Minister was going to Washington in response to blackmail by his Arab masters.
