Description Biographical note on Congressman Andrew Young. Report on congressional views of the condition of the Black community. Report on the Trade Bill's prospects. Javits and the Chancellor of the Treasury in which they discussed the "Committee of 9" (established by the North Atlantic Assembly to conduct a study of the future of the Alliance).
